Eating Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Mix

This mix was created by Betsy Thomas & Kirsti Kirkland who felt that both the Featherlight Mix and GF Mix were just off when used as substitutions for wheat flour, but they found that a blend of both creates a closer reproduction of both taste and texture of wheat flour. This mix is often referred to as EGF All-Purpose Flour Mix in recipes.

Betsy Thomas & Kirsti Kirkland are the authors of a cookbook called "Life tastes good again," which contains a variety of gluten free recipes.

 

Instructions:

Measure out each quantity of flour into a large sealable container. Stir with a fork until well mixed.
