This is a common gluten free flour mix that is often called for in many gluten free flour recipes (it is referred to as Featherlight Mix), I do not have any recipes that call for it on my blog, but if you continue to look for gluten free recipes this is a very common substitution for wheat flour and can come in handy when baking gluten free.

This recipe was created by Bette Hagman who has a range of cookbooks that have delicious gluten free recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert.

Instructions:

  • 1 c. Rice Flour

  • 1 c. Tapioca flour

  • 1 c. Cornstarch

  • 1 T. Potato flour

Measure out each quantity of flour into a large sealable container. Stir with a fork until well mixed.
